Re: Girl at a startup
April 8th, 2008 — JunLoayzaSo I usually google myself every couple of days to see how my results have improved. If you googled me last year, you would get exactly 1 hit. If you google my name today, the first four pages are all about me! How did I do it? Well first of all, I have a unique name. Second of all (which is more relevant to you), I have been blogging, creating ebooks, commenting on other blogs, and been published around the web. I have also been signing up and establishing myself within a lot of web 2.0 communities.
Anyways, I decided to google Yu-kai Chou today and I came upon a blog called “Girl at a startup.” I was like hmmmmm… this sounds very familiar. I checked it out, and it is the blog started by my friend Cat from Docstoc.
So, I just wanted to return the favor and say that it was a pleasure finally meeting you in person. Your office has one of the best company cultures that I have seen and hopefully we’ll meet again. We have now put the podcast on our site if you want to check it out: Docstoc Podcast.
Well that is my quick update for now. I actually have a lot to write about but I must finish up some work before going to bed.
