There are times when I want to write something in a blog post, but I hesitate to broadcast it online for everyone to see.  Examples are templates for sales calls, keynote presentations, contacts to important people, term sheets, and legal agreements.  For times like these, I will use my newsletter.

I have spent 3 years compiling a Special Startup Toolkit that I’ve wanted to broadcast on my blog for quite a while now.  Instead of posting it for everyone to see, I will only give access to my newsletter subscribers.
