Yo Stejo,

Going out there and voting is super important. However, how can we make sure the person we elect to lead doesn't get all corrupt on us. Who's to say that Obama won't turn the the "dark side" (no pun intended) and start drilling off shore for oil, extend our stay in Iraq, and put our economy in an even worse spiral than Bush.

Is one vote all we really have? How can I start a revolution to save the Polar Bears, save the Amazon Rainforest, or save the planet itself?

I have been to a sustainability conference with Yu-kai and the planet's situation looks bleak. Is "spread awareness" the best that we can do? Is a one single meaningless vote all we have?

While writing posts about it is good to spread awareness, I don't think it's as important as actually going to vote.

Less and less people turn out to vote, and a proportionally larger amount of those are from the latest generations. It's not that people don't know about the issues... it's that they just don't care enough to vote!

Hey Jun, thank you so much for taking the baton and running with it on this one friend! I appreciate your comment and your support! Everyone, just do everything you can—register to vote, talk about how you feel with people you trust, and make sure you get to the voting booth on the 4th.

I love the new site design you've been working on too, and great banner image on this post! Cheers

I liked Cody's post, and all the links he provided too.

One thing though...judging by some of the bloggers out there, and of course on Brazen, there are several from "our generation" that I wouldn't want to see in the Oval Office.

You know who I mean. Those conservative younguns who somehow fear change. Stay-at-home republicans, and those who fear "socialism". We need to show them they're wrong and up-tight. Realistically, they'll have to learn on their own.

And hey, I like the look of your site. Cya round.
